GRAB YOUR LAPTOP AND SUNGLASSES FOR A DAY OF COLLABORATION AND CREATIVITY IN DOWNTOWN ORLANDO
WHAT:
Red Bull Wings At Work is an opportunity for downtown workers to break out of their every day routine and work in a unique outdoor location that fosters creativity and productivity. The day will include speakers, reverse pitch groups, networking opportunities as well as space to get work done.
Wings At Work will take place on Seneff Arts Plaza in front of the Dr. Phillips Center. This pop up workspace will be built from scratch. Red Bull will bring in a stage and seating for an area to host a Creative Mornings session as well as additional speakers throughout the day. Red Bull has partnered with Factur and furniture designer John Vu of Vudoo Wood to build out the space with unique conference tables, seating areas and “living office space” where consumers can host a meeting, work on a project and brainstorm with others.
Creative Mornings Orlando will kick off the day with guest speaker Red Bull athlete Steve Fisher. Since he started paddling at the age of six, the fearless South African native has paddled rapids in countries around the globe, conquering dozens of first descents. He’s won major competitions, starred in and produced his own documentary films, and fought environment-damaging dam-building on the Nile River in Uganda. With his adventurous first descent expeditions including the Irrawaddy in Burma, the Salween in China, the Yarlung TsangPo in Tibet, and the Inga Rapids in the Democratic Republic of Congo, it’s no wonder top pro kayakers have three times voted Steve the world’s best all-arounder.
